Show the source, period and number of available reviews. A limited sample does not describe the entire patient base.
Count distinct reviews
One review may mention both waiting times and communication. For each theme, count the same review only once. Theme totals may overlap.
Separate experience from clinical conclusions
Booking or communication themes do not establish treatment quality. Do not make medical assessments from reviews.
Propose a testable step
If waiting times appear in the sample, you can test a clearer appointment confirmation. Monitor the result without promising guaranteed growth.
